Why we send you to Google instead of quoting ourselves

Anyone can put a glowing testimonial on their own website. There is no way for you to tell whether it was written by a customer, by the business owner, or by nobody at all.

Google reviews work differently. Each one is tied to a real Google account with its own review history, the business cannot delete or reword them, and you can click through to see what else that person has reviewed. That is why we point you straight at the source rather than reprinting selected quotes here.

What we ask to be judged on

These are the things we think actually matter when you let a tradesman near your building, and they are what we would want you to look for in the reviews:

Did they turn up when they said they would?
Did they find the actual cause? Anyone can fill a crack. The test is whether the problem came back.
Was the price the price? No discovering halfway through that it is going to be double.
Was the work explained? You should understand what is wrong with your building and why the repair is what it is.
Did they leave the place clean?
Has the repair held up? The reviews that count most are the ones written a year later.

Client references. We can put you in touch with previous clients directly, including owners corporations, strata managers and property managers we work with regularly.
Credentials. We are a licensed HeliFix applicator and installer and a certified Kerakoll waterproofing specialist.
Insurance and warranty. We are fully insured and our work is backed by a written workmanship warranty.
Free inspections. Nothing is charged for looking at your building and telling you what is wrong with it.
