We were called out to fix bubbled and failing render on this building.
Our team removed all the damaged render using a hammer drill and scraper, then treated the exposed areas with efflorescence cleaner to stop future moisture issues.
We installed a waterproof render system, applied a matching texture coat, and then painted and blended the repairs perfectly into the existing façade.
Another job completed on time, with a very happy customer and a clean, long-lasting finish.

We recently completed exterior repairs on a exterior part of the building, focusing on strengthening cracked brickwork and render. A structural engineer guided us on the optimal placement of Helifix rods, which we installed to reinforce the damaged areas and restore structural integrity.
In addition to reinforcing the brickwork, we carried out render repairs, carefully blending them with the existing façade for a seamless finish. We also provided caulking services as part of the project. The work required traffic management and permits, all of which were handled efficiently.
