What this service doesn’t cover

We don’t do emergency plumbing or emergency electrical work after hours. For burst pipes, hot water or blocked drains, call a licensed plumber. If water is getting near power points, lights or the switchboard, call a licensed electrician.

How to book an after-hours call-out

1. Pay the call-out fee of $2,300 + GST ($2,530 inc. GST) by PayID to 0468 800 300. Use your name and street address as the payment reference.
2. Once you’ve paid, call our 24-hour line on 0468 800 300.

Payment must be made before you call us. That way we know you’re ready to go ahead, which saves time for both of us.
